Chris has held leadership positions in both HR, Marketing and Sales, and Operations Management, giving him a unique perspective on helping businesses with their HR challenges without losing focus on bottom line business results. This experience comes from both large and small organizations, including ADP, Bank One, Nationwide Insurance, and Firstar Bank.
In addition to his HR Executive Experience, Chris has an extensive background in Executive and Incentive Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll.
Chris holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation and is a Certified Administrator of Behaviors (DISC) and Motivators (12 Driving Forces) by TTI Success Insights.
